Technical Account Manager


A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing the technical relationship between a company and its clients. They serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and guidance to effectively use the company’s products or services. Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support or Account Management: At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or account management role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the company’s products and services, as well as a solid understanding of relevant technologies and industry trends.

Job Duties
