Performance Tester
A Performance Tester is responsible for evaluating the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications under various conditions. They design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks, ensure applications can handle expected loads, and provide recommendations for improvements. This position requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, performance testing tools, and application architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Testing: At least 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.
- Proficiency in Testing Tools: Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Understanding of Performance Metrics: Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Job Duties
