Quality Policy

PT. Adi Data Informatika (Adidata) is committed to providing the best products and services in compliance with applicable regulations and requirements through:

  1. Implementing a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements by setting continuous objectives, targets, and programs aligned with the company's vision, mission, and applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  2. Delivering customer-oriented products and services with continuous improvement.
  3. Preventing non-conformities and service user complaints, including stakeholders.
  4. Providing necessary resources for the planning and design of the company's Quality Management System and enhancing human resource capabilities to develop competent employees.
  5. Continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  6. Enforcing remote work (WFH) during extreme climate/weather changes that hinder access to the workplace to prevent work disruptions.

This quality policy is a shared responsibility of every employee working on behalf of PT. Adi Data Informatika (Adidata). It is communicated to all employees, customers, external providers, and other stakeholders. This policy is also documented and reviewed periodically to ensure its alignment with stakeholder objectives.
